Really graal?
I uploaded a jpeg / 170 x 175 dimension photo, waited almost an hour to get approved, got denied and received a "You have to wait 24 HOURS to upload again". It's my 2nd time of trying to upload a guild logo.

The admins need to change that. Make it like 10 minutes jfc. Can't wait that long!
