    Lightbulb New System : Skills

    HEY

    I HAVE A suggestion : Skills System


    How Its Works ? : You Get skills From Achievments Or eventd Or Trade You can Use 1 skill and it have Cooldown of 5 minute
    It dont reset if you got revive
