Hello I am wondering why aliens and non real being aren't allowed as head? why do the admins make a rule about that? second question would the admins approve of a human with facial deformities for example very bad scars, mouths stretched/sewn shut and muscle tissue showing?

Edit: My mistake I was looking at the old rules 2nd question is still valid though.
