It'd be hard to monitor for inappropriate behaviour and it would also cause the server to lag (if the voice files are sent to the rc)

Actually, I find this a great idea. Of course, this microphone should have a setting that says 'Recieve recordings from friends only' or even 'Disable microphone recordings'.
