Because auctions rare's that aren't droppable should have been tradable all the time while.
Guns isn't tradable nor refundable-just increases people to sell their guns for high prices and lend friends some or maybe USD them.
Essentially; since you only buy guns once, there is very little need to sell them.
Another advantage to this; if you're ever unfortunate to have someone access your account, they can't sell all your weapons and steal all your gralats too!
