Animal Customs Illegal?

Personally, I don't like animal customs either. However, people like my friends and even strangers make them.. It's not fair to take away something they work hard to create. That's fine though, as long as you make that rule for everyone. This meaning you take everyone who now has an "illegal" custom and refund them for it.. *cough* Layered..
