Skeletons are not allowed, however human customs that obviously have a skeleton t-shirt or bodysuit are allowed.

Means your head looking in a certain direction can't be a some radically different colour than when you are facing a different direction. Example: you shouldn't have hair that's blue on the left frame, green on the right, purple on the facing up, and black facing down.
